We don't start with colours you like, or a logo you found online [sorry that ain’t my style]. I get into the actual why behind your business; your story, who you're talking to, and what makes you the one they pick. From there we land on a clear direction, before we even start designing.

The Build

This is where it starts to get exciting. All that strategy turns into your actual brand [you know the logo, colours, the whole shebang] and you get to see it in action before anything is made final. You get up to two rounds of revisions, so you’re 100% happy with the final look.

Picking a designer is a big deal, so let’s clear a few things up before you decide.

  • A logo alone can't do the job of an actual brand [sorry, it just can't]. That's why I only build full identity systems, you know the logos, colours, fonts, the whole shebang, all designed to work together. It's a bigger investment, yes, but it is 1000% worth it, just ask my vverrryyy happy clients!

  • Absolutely! I know investing in your brand is a big step, so I can offer flexible payment plans to make the process manageable. Just let me know in advance if this is something you're after.

  • Now obviously getting it right is the goal! Two rounds of revisions are built into the process, and because we spend so much time on strategy and the mood board first, we're usually 99% of the way there before design even starts.

  • I get it, you may be in love with your logo. But I only work on full identity systems, because every piece needs to be built to work together from the start. Think of it as giving your business a proper foundation.

  • Don’t worry, I’ve got you. Everything I send over is clearly labelled and organised. I’ll make sure you know exactly which file goes where, so you never have to play the guessing game with your own brand.

  • Squarespace, Wix, or Shopify. Decide which fits your business best and I'll build it there.

  • No, I only offer brand and website together. Your website is one of the biggest tools your brand has to actually work for you, so I don't build one without the strategy and identity behind it first.

  • If you already have a site, we can absolutely rebuild it as part of Brand + Website package. I update the visuals and copy to align with your new direction.

  • Copywriting is included as part of your package. It’s written based on everything you share in your brand questionnaire. If there's something specific you want included (a phrase, a detail, a particular offer), just note it there and I'll build it in.
