Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply to all purchases made with Eden Lisa. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify those rights.
1. Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales made within The Brand Shop are final once you have accessed the files (including Canva templates and PDF downloads).
Change of mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on digital products. Digital assets are considered accessed the moment they are downloaded or opened.
Major failure: If a product is not of acceptable quality, not fit for the purpose described, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under ACL. This may include a refund, replacement, or repair depending on the nature of the issue.
Technical issues: If you experience any technical issues accessing your files or Canva templates, please contact us at designs@edenlisadesigns.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
2. The Business Reboot — 8 Week 1:1 Program
The Business Reboot is an intensive 8 week 1:1 partnership. Time and resources are allocated to your project from the moment your deposit is received.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. This covers onboarding, project scoping, and the administrative cost of holding your spot. The deposit is non-refundable for change of mind once paid.
Cancellation after work commences: If you choose to terminate the project after work has commenced, you will be invoiced for all work completed to that point at a pro-rata rate. Any amounts already paid beyond the deposit will be assessed against work delivered and either credited or invoiced accordingly.
Change of mind: Because our work is strategy-led and based on a pre-approved direction, we do not offer refunds for change of heart once a phase has been approved and work has progressed. Two rounds of refinements are included during your brand visuals delivery to ensure the outcome aligns with the agreed brief.
ACL rights: If we fail to deliver the agreed services with due care and skill, or the service is not fit for the purpose described, you are entitled to a remedy under ACL. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any such issue.
3. The Content Reboot — 1:1 Strategy Session
The Content Reboot is a single 60 minute strategy session with a custom content plan delivered within 72 hours.
Change of mind: Payment is made in full at the time of purchase. No refunds are issued for change of mind once payment is received.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or missed sessions are forfeited with no refund.
Session expiry: Sessions must be booked within 30 days of purchase. Sessions not booked within this window are forfeited.
ACL rights: If the session or strategy document is not delivered as described, you are entitled to a remedy under ACL. Please contact us at designs@edenlisadesigns.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
