1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing from The Brand Shop, or booking a 1:1 service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Intellectual Property & License to Use

All content, designs, workbooks, and brand kits are the intellectual property of Eden Lisa.

  • Workbooks, Planners & Digital Products: Your purchase grants you one (1) personal, non-transferable license. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the files or content.

  • Brand Kits: Purchase grants you a license to use the designs for your own business. You may not resell the kit, any part of the kit, or use the templates to create brands for third-party clients.

3. The Business Reboot — 8 Week 1:1 Program

By selecting “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” and proceeding with your deposit, you are entering into a binding service agreement for The Business Reboot program.

  • The Commitment: This is a collaborative 8 week partnership. You agree to provide feedback and approvals within the requested timeframes. Delays on your end may result in your project being rescheduled to the next available opening.

  • Payment Schedule: Projects are confirmed only once the non-refundable deposit is received. The remaining balance is paid across the program duration as outlined in your invoice. Final files and assets will not be released until the balance is paid in full.

  • Refinements: Your package includes two (2) rounds of refinements during the brand visual delivery. Requests outside the original scope will be quoted as additional work before any changes are made.

  • Approvals: Once final approval is given on any deliverable, subsequent changes incur additional fees. Eden Lisa is not liable for errors such as typos or factual inaccuracies discovered after final client approval.

  • Content Responsibility: Reel scripts and content frameworks are provided as a guide. The client is responsible for filming and editing their own content. Eden Lisa provides the strategy, direction, and templates.

  • The 30 Day Guarantee: If you have implemented consistently using the content system provided and the system has not generated a single meaningful conversation with your ideal client at the 30 day post-launch check in, Eden Lisa will provide two (2) additional weeks of support at no extra charge. This guarantee applies to additional support only. No refunds are issued for change of mind or failure to implement. If Eden Lisa fails to deliver the agreed services, we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

4. The Content Reboot — 1:1 Strategy Session

By completing your purchase of The Content Reboot, you are entering into a binding service agreement for a single 60 minute strategy session and the delivery of your custom content plan.

  • Payment: Payment is made in full at the time of purchase. No refunds are issued for change of mind. If Eden Lisa fails to deliver the agreed session and strategy document, we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Booking Your Call: A booking link will be provided via email within 24 hours of purchase. It is your responsibility to book your session within 30 days of the purchase date. Sessions not booked within this window are forfeited.

  • Deliverables: Your custom content strategy document will be delivered within 72 hours of your session. This includes your content pillars, example post topics, and posting framework. Revisions are not included.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the session. No refunds are issued for missed or cancelled sessions.

  • Intellectual Property: The content strategy delivered is for your personal business use only. You may not resell or redistribute the strategy document.

5. User Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in instances of suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorised use of our intellectual property, or any behaviour that is harmful to the business relationship or the integrity of our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide tools, strategy, and creative direction to help your business grow, but we cannot guarantee specific financial results. Eden Lisa is not liable for any loss of profit or business interruptions resulting from the use of our products or services.

6. Third-Party Tools (e.g. Canva)

Some of our digital products are designed for use within Canva. We are not affiliated with Canva and are not responsible for any changes Canva makes to its platform or subscription requirements. Similarly, we are not responsible for the terms, availability, or performance of any third-party tools recommended as part of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled within this jurisdiction.
